A Smarter Way to calculate Madrid Trademark Fees | APEC Case Study
Compare three ways to calculate Madrid trademark fees: manual fee tables, WIPO’s official calculator and EAZYIPR. Using APEC economies as an example, we follow the workflow from selecting destinations to producing a quote and exporting the breakdown to Excel.
In this recorded example, China is the Office of origin. The 16 Madrid designations total CHF 3,754 in official fees. The displayed CNY 36,482 Madrid quote includes converted official fees plus the agency fee. Separate local filings for Hong Kong, China; Chinese Taipei; Peru; and Papua New Guinea are excluded from both totals. APEC membership and Madrid participation are different scopes.
These are recorded example figures, not a current fixed-price offer. Check applicable fees, destinations and exchange rates for your filing date. EAZYIPR is operated by the presenter; workflow ratings reflect his personal experience.
